2 Going on 16!

Our little Olivia has a big personality! We might be in trouble when this girl hits the teenage years ... -She knows what she wants ... At the moment she refuses to wear any outfit that doesn't have pockets.

-She is oh-so stubborn ... As in "no longer potty trained" stubborn (SIGH ...)
-She's a bit on the emotional side ... When Livi's upset, her arms cross and she exclaims, "I am SO MAD!" Five seconds later it's "Mommy, I'm SO Happy!"

-She loves all things shiny and pretty ... Jewelry, fingernail polish, new shoes (You name it, she wants it!)
We love our little princess! Let's just say it's a good thing our baby is a boy because she isn't ready to give up her crown yet. =)

Oh Happy Day!!

Jason and I have shared a car for our entire eight years of marriage. We finally decided it was time to bite the bullet and purchase a second vehicle (one that will fit three car seats in the back). So we got this Sequoia ... oh the freedom!! I can take Joshua to preschool, run errands, hit Gymboree anytime I want (this might get dangerous), and I don't have to pick Jason up from work in the middle of the night to do it! I'm in love!!

CTR

Joshua graduated from Sunbeams, and is now a CTR 5. He was given his first ever CTR ring, and he couldn't be more proud. He insists the ring is "very special", yet I seem to find it left in the oddest places around the house. He is trying to make good choices, and it's fun (but a little sad at the same time) to watch him grow up ... I love this cute boy!

Dalby Family Pictures

With everyone in town for the holidays, my family decided to do pictures (why they always do family pictures when I'm ginormously pregnant is beyond me) ...

2010 Baby!!

We had an eventful New Year's Eve this year ... eventful in a "spent the night with our kids" kind of way. New Year's Eve B.K. (Before Kids):
*Cute new clothes (that you pick out weeks in advance)
*Mingling and games with friends
*Fancy treats and sparkling cider
*A countdown to midnight with shouts of "Happy New Year!"
*A long, romantic kiss from your cutie

New Year's Eve A.K. (After Kids):
*Comfy jammies (the ones that are clean)
*Mingling and games with our kids (we played Memory AND Star Wars Galactic Heroes)
*Fruit snacks and apple juice
*A countdown to 10:00 with shouts of "Happy Birthday!" ... Livi couldn't quite get the "New Year" part.
*Kisses and bear hugs from your cuties

You know what? ... I wouldn't want it any different. Happy 2010!!
